AUTOMATIC CERTIFIED MAIL US Certified Letters (USCL) - Certified Mail and First Class Mail can all be mailed through an automated process via USCL. The process allows any mix of Certified Mail and First Class letters to be automatically and securely uploaded directly to the USPS Secure Server for printing and mailing within 24 hours. The letter information is automatically sent from DOMICO to USCL during Close Day. The service also includes Electronic Tracking and Confirmation Service of all Certified Mail.  USCL rates are less than the standard rate for Certified Mail.
