DOMICO's New Look Debuts To Rave Reviews - The new "face" of DOMICO software was unveiled earlier this month at the SSA Las Vegas tradeshow, and the feedback we received from both current users and potential buyers was overwhelmingly positive!

We'd like to take this opportunity to provide you with a glimpse of what everyone's been talking about -- our new interface, which allows users to toggle between two screens, the Site Map and the Site Health. Contact Rodney Vernon today for your own copy of the demo.

The site map provides users with a visual representation of the facility, unit-by-unit. It is completely customizable and fully-interactive. Users can mouse over a unit to view tenant information, photo ID, payment status, and whether or not the tenant has ever had an NSF.

Payments, merchandise sales, move-ins, and move-outs can all be done using the Site Map.

The Site Health provides up-to-date statistics of the facility, including month-to-date changes in occupancy, rent collections performance, unit mix, and delinquency.

We've also added a to-do list that allows users to track their daily activities and assign a date, category, and priority level to every task.

SSA Las Vegas [Recap] - The foot traffic through our booth this year was more than we'd ever experienced, thanks to a record number of attendees and of course, the buzz surrounding our "extreme makeover".

We appreciate everyone who stopped by, as well as those who participated in our standing room only roundtable session on the topic Increase Your Marketability and Efficiency With Technology, hosted by Rodney Vernon.

Oct. 8, 2004 | CA-SSA - The California Self Storage Association's annual conference will be taking place at the Westin Hotel Los Angeles Airport. Events include the General Meeting, an educational series for Owners and Managers, and a Vendor/Network Forum at which we will be exhibiting. DOMICO is a founding member of the CA-SSA, and we hope to see you there!

Oct. 25-26, 2004 | TMSA - The Texas Mini Storage Association's annual conference will be held at the Austin Convention Center, across the street from the Hilton Austin. DOMICO will be exhibiting at the tradeshow, as well as participating in the software demo session.

Tracking Discounts | Every discount given, discount applied, and discount pending can be tracked with the detailed discount reports, accessed from the Bookkeeping menu in the Reports screen. The counts and totals you see in these reports will tie in perfectly with those found in the One Page Facility Summary.
